For logistical and customer service purposes in Germany, DualZone operates from its distribution center in Berlin and serves customers within Germany through the domain www.dualzone.de.

3. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all users who access, browse, or make purchases through the website www.dualzone.de within Germany.
Registering as a user or placing an order through our online store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using this website or placing any orders.
4. Legal Capacity
By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
5. Use of Our Website
By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:
- Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If an order is reasonably deemed to be fraudulent, we are authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide your email address, postal address, and/or other contact information accurately and truthfully.
- Allow us to use this information to contact you if necessary (see Privacy Policy).
If you do not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process your order.
6. Formation of the Purchase Contract

The user, by providing personal data in the purchase form, must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy in order to proceed with the purchase.
All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed by email. The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us (the "Contract") is only concluded when we send you the Purchase Confirmation.
We will not be obliged to supply any other products that may have been ordered until we confirm their shipment in a Purchase Confirmation.
7. Product Availability
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or lack of stock, we will refund payments for such items without delay. In these cases, DualZone will not be obliged to deliver out-of-stock products.
8. Removal or Modification of Products
DualZone reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time, as well as to modify materials or content. We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing or modifying any product or content, regardless of whether the product has been purchased.
9. Delivery
We deliver only within Germany. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days for standard orders. For personalized or special orders, delivery may take 15 to 25 days.
We will make every effort to ship the order within the timeframe stated in the Purchase Confirmation. If no date is specified, delivery will occur within 30 calendar days from the Purchase Confirmation.
If we are unable to meet the delivery date for any reason, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Please note that DualZone does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Deliveries are only made to the address provided when placing the order; P.O. box deliveries are not accepted.
10. Inability to Deliver
If delivery of your order is not possible, we will leave a notice with the information necessary to coordinate a new delivery. If you will not be at the delivery address on the scheduled date, please contact us to reschedule.
Storage and a new delivery attempt may incur additional costs. If 30 days pass after the order is available for delivery and it cannot be completed due to reasons beyond DualZone's control, we will consider that you wish to cancel the contract, which will then be terminated.
As a result, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the date the contract is considered terminated. We may charge shipping and logistics costs incurred.
11. Transfer of Risk and Retention of Title
The risk of the product passes upon delivery. Until full payment of the order, the items remain the property of DualZone.
12. Taxes
Product prices include the applicable German VAT. All prices are gross prices unless stated otherwise.
13. Price
The current product price will be the one indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before confirming the order.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed by email.
14. Vouchers and Promotions
Discounts and special promotions on products or specific categories may be offered in the DualZone online store. Each promotion will include specific terms that determine its validity, requirements, limitations, or warnings.
Vouchers or promotional codes can only be redeemed through the store www.dualzone.de and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
Each promotion will indicate the original price and the discounted price, as well as whether shipping costs are included.
15. Payment Methods
DualZone accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and bank transfer. By clicking “Pay,” the buyer confirms that the card or account used belongs to them.
All card payments are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the payment is rejected, DualZone will not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver, and the purchase contract cannot be finalized.
16. Returns Policy
16.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. In this case, the price paid for the products will be refunded, and you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to contact@dualzone.de. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and documentation. Returns of products that have been used beyond mere opening or show signs of damage or modification will not be accepted.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are personalized products or products for intimate use (such as headphones or accessories with direct body contact) for hygiene and safety reasons.
After receiving the product and verifying its condition, you will be informed whether you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the notification of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer bears the cost and risk of returning the products in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation.
16.2 Returns of Defective Products
If upon receiving your order you find that a product does not conform to the Contract, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt, via email at contact@dualzone.de or through our contact form.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all documents, labels, and accessories. Returns of items that have been used beyond mere opening will not be accepted.
Once the product is inspected, you will be informed about your right to replacement, repair, or full refund of the purchase price. In case of a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 30 days from the notification of the issue.
This policy does not affect the statutory consumer rights provided under German law regarding warranties and buyer protection.
17. Liability and Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, DualZone excludes all liability for damages resulting from the misuse of products or the website, except for rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under German consumer law.
Products sold by DualZone may show slight variations in design, color, or size due to manufacturing updates or manufacturer adjustments. Such variations are not defects but normal characteristics of the production process.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights or your right of withdrawal.
18. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, texts, images, designs, and other materials on this website are the exclusive property of DualZone or its licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of such content is not permitted without the express written consent of DualZone. Downloading and using images or texts from the site without prior consent is prohibited.
19. Written Communications
Applicable law requires that certain information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most of our communications may be electronic.
We will contact you by email or through notices posted on this website. For contractual purposes, you consent to using electronic communications and acknowledge that all notifications, contracts, and information we send electronically meet legal requirements for written form.
This does not affect rights granted under German consumer law.
20. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The Contract is binding on both you and DualZone, as well as our respective successors and assignees. You may not transfer, assign, encumber, or otherwise transfer a Contract or any rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent.
DualZone reserves the right to transfer, assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer a Contract or any rights or obligations under it at any time during its term. Such transfers or assignments do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
21. Events Beyond Our Control
DualZone will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligations under a Contract if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: strikes, lockouts, acts of terrorism, wars (declared or undeclared), fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, transport or telecommunications failures, or government actions that prevent contract fulfillment.
During a Force Majeure event, obligations under the contract will be suspended, and deadlines extended for the duration of the event. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the cause or find a solution to fulfill our obligations despite it.
22. Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms or a Contract is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in effect without being affected by such declaration.
23. Our Right to Modify These Terms
DualZone reserves the right to review and modify these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy in effect at the time you use this website or place an order, unless otherwise required by law.
24. Language
Contracts may be concluded in German or English, according to the user’s preference when placing an order.
25. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Use of this website and purchase contracts through it are governed by German law. Any disputes related to the website or contracts will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
If you act as a consumer, nothing in this clause affects the rights granted under German consumer protection law.
26. Data Protection
Regarding the processing of personal data you provide through this website, please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how DualZone protects and manages your personal data in accordance with applicable German data protection law.
