Shipping policy
1. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order on the DualZone website. We only ship within Germany. Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
2. Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days within Germany. In case of stock shortages, the estimated delivery time may be up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders within Germany. No additional delivery costs apply.
The shipping includes insurance against damage, loss, or theft. To report an incident (e.g., damaged package), please email contact@dualzone.de within 48 hours of receiving the package and include a photo of the damaged product.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Shipments are handled by our partnered delivery service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery.
